→ Main Ingredients

01 - Half a cup of water (adjust to your liking)
02 - 2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - A tablespoon of brown sugar
04 - One cup of apple cider vinegar
05 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
06 - 8 ounces of chopped Carbonero peppers (use Scotch Bonnets or Habaneros as swaps)
07 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
08 - A tablespoon of jerk seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your stove to medium heat. Pour olive oil into a pot and let it get warm.
02 - Toss in the onions and peppers. Cook them, stirring now and then, for about 6-7 minutes until they’re soft.
03 - Throw in the chopped peaches. Let them cook for a couple more minutes until they start softening up.
04 - Pour in the vinegar and water, then sprinkle in the jerk seasoning and sugar. Stir everything together well.
05 - Turn the heat down to low. Let it simmer for around 10 minutes so all the flavors can blend nicely.
06 - Let the mixture cool completely, then put it into jars or bottles to keep.
