Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F (190°C).

Take the ciabatta or sub and carefully slice it open lengthwise, then place it open on a sheet pan.

Layer cheese first, then salami, pepperoni, and finally ham onto one half of the bread.

Slide the sandwich into the oven and bake for around 6-8 minutes till you see the cheese gooey and the bread toasted.

In a small dish, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Italian spices.

Once the sandwich comes out hot, add the veggie mix over the melted cheese. Spread mustard or mayo on the top half of the bread (optional), close it up, cut in half, and enjoy right away.
