Hot Honey Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons hot honey
02 - Fresh parsley for garnish
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 4 boneless chicken breasts
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil along with some garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt on both sides.
03 - In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
04 - Place the browned chicken on the prepared tray and bake for 15-20 minutes. The chicken’s inside should hit 165°F (75°C).
05 - While it bakes, pour that hot honey over and cover with crumbled feta cheese.
06 - Pop it back in for another 5 minutes so the honey gets bubbly and the cheese softens.
07 - Pull it out of the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy while it’s still warm.
