Honey Vanilla Treat (Print Version)

01 - 3 1/2 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
02 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
04 - 2 1/4 cups small marshmallows
05 - 3/4 cup full-fat heavy cream
06 - 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted
07 - 1/3 cup natural honey
08 - 1 cup confectioners' powdered sugar (preferably imperial brand)

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch square pan with two overlapping plastic wrap sheets, with the edges hanging over. Lightly grease the plastic and set it aside.
02 - Put the powdered sugar, honey, butter, heavy cream, marshmallows, and salt into a large saucepan.
03 - Using a heatproof spatula, stir constantly over medium heat until the mixture begins bubbling.
04 - Let it gently bubble while stirring nonstop for about 7 minutes.
05 - Take off the heat and mix in the vanilla and white chocolate chips until everything is smooth and melted together.
06 - Pour it into the prepped pan, smoothing the top. Stick it in the fridge for 4 hours minimum, or leave overnight.
07 - Lift the fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap. Peel off the wrap and cut into pieces of your choice.
