Hawaiian Macaroni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of elbow macaroni
02 - 1 ½ cups of mayo
03 - ¼ cup of milk
04 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
06 - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
08 - ¼ cup grated yellow onion
09 - 1 big carrot, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the macaroni following the pack's directions. Drain, rinse with cold tap water, then toss it into a big mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the carrot and onion shreds, and gently mix.
03 - Pour the sauce over the cooled pasta and stir until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour in the fridge so the flavors soak in. Right before eating, give it another stir.
