Green Spirulina Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup kale leaves
02 - ¼ cup frozen blueberries
03 - 1 teaspoon powdered spirulina
04 - 1 banana, pre-frozen
05 - 1 cup plain soy milk or any milk you prefer

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and cut up a banana, then drop the pieces into a sealed bag or container. Chill in the freezer for a day or at least 12 hours.
02 - Toss the frozen banana and everything else into a strong blender. Mix until nice and creamy.
03 - Drink it fresh right after blending, or pop it in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - If you're not used to spirulina, try starting with less and slowly add more.
02 - The shade of the drink can change depending on the blueberries you use.
