→ Coating

05 - 6 tablespoons powdered sugar

03 - Wrap the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for half an hour.
04 - Heat the oven to 350°F while lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Pour powdered sugar into one small bowl and granulated sugar into another.
06 - Grab a tablespoon-sized scoop of dough and roll it gently into a ball with your hands.
07 - Drop the dough ball into the granulated sugar and cover it all over. Next, coat it completely in powdered sugar.
08 - Place the sugar-coated balls on your lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
09 - Bake in the oven for somewhere between 9 and 12 minutes.
10 - After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack or paper towels to cool completely. Keep them in an airtight container.
