Gooey Butter Christmas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup of softened, unsalted butter.
03 - 1 packet of cream cheese (8 ounces), softened.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
06 - 1 box of white cake mix.
07 - 1/2 cup of sprinkles, split into two parts.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the cream cheese with butter until creamy. Toss in the egg and vanilla, mixing just 'til smooth.
02 - Pour in the cake mix and beat until everything's fully mixed. Fold in 1/4 cup of sprinkles by hand.
03 - Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 60 minutes or leave it overnight.
04 - Set your oven to 350°F. Either grease your cookie sheet or lay down some parchment paper.
05 - Scoop out tablespoon-size bits of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat in sprinkles first, then powdered sugar.
06 - Pop onto the sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 mins. Let them sit for 2 mins before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
