Blend the cream cheese with butter until creamy. Toss in the egg and vanilla, mixing just 'til smooth.

Pour in the cake mix and beat until everything's fully mixed. Fold in 1/4 cup of sprinkles by hand.

Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 60 minutes or leave it overnight.

Set your oven to 350°F. Either grease your cookie sheet or lay down some parchment paper.

Scoop out tablespoon-size bits of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat in sprinkles first, then powdered sugar.

Pop onto the sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 mins. Let them sit for 2 mins before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
