# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Your choice of cooking oil
02 - 1.5 pounds of gold or redskin potatoes, chopped into small chunks
03 - Kosher salt to taste
04 - Ground pepper as preferred
05 - Favorite seasoning mix (e.g., Garlic and Herb from Kinder's)
06 - 1.5 to 2 pounds of your preferred steak (e.g., sirloin), diced
07 - 6 to 8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
08 - 4 tablespoons of butter or more if desired

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your griddle to medium for a few minutes. Drizzle some oil and toss in the chopped potatoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, and your seasoning blend.
02 - Pour in some water, then cover everything up with a melting dome. Let them steam for 8 to 9 minutes. Take the dome off every now and then to stir with hibachi spatulas. Add a little water each time before covering again.
03 - Remove the melting dome, pour in a bit more cooking oil, then add the steak, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning mix. Stir it well with hibachi spatulas as it cooks for about 5 to 6 minutes.
04 - In the final minute of cooking, add the butter and mix until it melts and covers everything evenly.
