Garlic Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - Halve and rinse 450 g of baby potatoes
02 - 2 tbsp of olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp of butter
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves
05 - 120 ml of full-fat cream
06 - 60 ml of Parmesan, grated
07 - 1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
08 - Salt and pepper, use as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven up to 200°C and get a baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the halved potatoes with olive oil, pepper, and salt. Spread them out evenly over the lined baking sheet.
03 - Put the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Flip them halfway through so they cook evenly and turn golden.
04 - As the potatoes roast, melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing.
05 - Pour the cream into the pan, stir it, and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes, giving it time to thicken just a bit.
06 - Turn off the heat and stir in the Parmesan until everything melts together into a smooth, creamy sauce.
07 - When the potatoes are out of the oven, move them to a serving bowl. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top, and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
