Brownies with Pecans (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g pecans.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
04 - 120g all-purpose flour.
05 - 45g Dutch-processed cocoa powder.
06 - 150g packed brown sugar.
07 - 200g white granulated sugar.
08 - 4 eggs at room temperature.
09 - 170g unsalted butter.
10 - 170g bittersweet chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 175°C (350°F).
02 - Cover a 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
03 - Melt the butter and chocolate together till smooth.
04 - Beat the sugars and eggs for about 5 to 7 minutes.
05 - Slowly add the melted chocolate into the egg mix.
06 - Gently fold in the dry ingredients after sifting.
07 - Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle pecans on top.
08 - Put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
09 - Let it cool down all the way before slicing into pieces.

01 - Skip baking powder for a dense, fudgy texture.
02 - Make sure eggs aren't cold.
