Fruit Salad with Tajin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits and Veggies

01 - 1 jícama, chopped into pieces after peeling
02 - 1-2 cucumbers, diced, peel if you'd like
03 - 2 cups of pineapple chunks, fresh is best
04 - 2-3 mangos, peeled and diced
05 - 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into bites
06 - ½ of a seedless watermelon, peel first and dice

→ Flavor Kick

07 - 2-3 limes, juicy ones work great
08 - 2 teaspoons of Tajin spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the pineapple, mangos, watermelon, jícama, and cantaloupe into decent-sized pieces. Cucumbers can be peeled first if that's your preference, then dice them.
02 - Throw all the chopped fruits and veggies into one big bowl.
03 - Drizzle juice from the limes over the fruit mixture and sprinkle it generously with Tajin.
