Fluffy Pizza Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (with 2 teaspoons set aside for brushing)
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor
03 - 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt
04 - 3 1/2 to 4 cups of all-purpose flour, with extra for dusting
05 - 1 teaspoon sugar (fine granules)
06 - 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) of fast-acting yeast
07 - 1 tablespoon honey
08 - 1 1/2 cups warm water, around 110°F

# Instructions:

01 - Measure out warm water, honey, sugar, and yeast. Make sure the water isn’t too hot or cold, about 110°F works best.
02 - Put the warm water, honey, and sugar in a bowl and stir gently. Sprinkle the yeast on top and wait 5-10 minutes until it starts bubbling and looking foamy.
03 - In a different bowl, stir together 3 1/2 cups of the flour, flaky salt, and garlic powder.
04 - Add olive oil to the yeast mixture. Slowly stir in the dry mixture bit by bit. Mix well with a wooden spoon or a stand mixer using a dough hook until it starts coming together.
05 - Place the dough on a floured surface. Knead it by hand for around 5-7 minutes until it feels stretchy and smooth. Add flour if it’s too sticky.
06 - Shape the dough into a ball and put it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let it sit in a warm space for an hour, or until it doubles in size.
07 - Pop the air out of the risen dough by punching it down. Split it into two halves, and roll each piece into a ball.
08 - Cover the dough balls and let them sit again for another 30 minutes. While they’re resting, get your toppings ready.
09 - Sprinkle some flour on the counter and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, or stretch it with your hands to the shape and thickness you like.
10 - Turn your oven on to 475°F. Pre-bake the crusts for about 5-7 minutes, then get them ready for toppings.
