01 - 3.4 ounces dry vanilla pudding mix
02 - 8 ounces whipped topping

→ Fruits

03 - 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
04 - 1 ½ cups well-drained crushed pineapple

→ Add-ins

05 - ½ cup optional shredded coconut
06 - ½ cup chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts (optional)
07 - 1 cup mini pastel-colored marshmallows

→ Garnish

08 - 1 cup pastel mini marshmallows
09 - ½ cup pastel candy sprinkles or Easter M&M’s
10 - ½ cup sweetened coconut shreds

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the vanilla pudding and whipped topping in a big bowl. Stir until it’s perfectly smooth and creamy.
02 - Carefully mix in the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Make sure they’re thoroughly drained to keep it from getting watery.
03 - Stir in the colorful mini marshmallows and coconut, if you’re including it, making sure everything’s mixed thoroughly.
04 - For a little crunch, gently fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans if that’s your thing.
05 - Pop some plastic wrap over the bowl and stick it in the fridge for at least an hour. This lets everything come together and thicken a bit.
06 - Right before you dig in, sprinkle the sweetened coconut, pastel candies, or M&M’s on top. Serve it straight from the fridge.
