Fruits and Easter Fluff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3.4 ounces dry instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 8 ounces of whipped topping

→ Fruits

03 - 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
04 - 1 ½ cups of well-drained crushed pineapple

→ Add-ins

05 - ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (if you like)
06 - ½ cup of optional shredded coconut
07 - 1 cup colorful pastel mini marshmallows

→ Garnish

08 - 1 cup pastel-colored mini marshmallows
09 - ½ cup of sweetened coconut flakes
10 - ½ cup of sprinkles or Easter M&M’s for decorating

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the pudding powder with the whipped topping in a big bowl. Stir until it's all blended and smooth.
02 - Carefully mix in the well-drained mandarin slices and pineapple. Don't let extra liquid sneak in.
03 - Stir in the mini marshmallows and, if using, the shredded coconut until it's all evenly spread out.
04 - If you'd like, gently add the chopped nuts. They'll give a bit of crunch to the mix.
05 - Cover up the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour. It'll thicken up and taste better.
06 - Right before you serve, sprinkle on the coconut, sprinkles, or M&M’s. Serve it cold and enjoy!
