Garlic Parmesan Flounder (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 4 fillets of flounder

→ Coating Blend

02 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
04 - 3 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves

→ Seasonings & Add-ons

06 - 1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon juice
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried)
09 - Salt and some black pepper for seasoning
10 - Lemon slices for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay down parchment paper or foil on a baking sheet to make cleanup easier.
02 - In a bowl, stir together panko, Parmesan, melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and oregano. Mix till crumbly and a bit damp.
03 - Use paper towels to blot dry the flounder fillets; this helps the topping stick well. Lightly sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
04 - Lay the seasoned fish fillets on the baking sheet. Spoon the Parmesan-garlic topping generously over each piece, pressing it slightly to keep it in place.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven and let the fish cook for about 12-15 minutes. It's done when the topping is golden and the fish flakes easily when you poke it with a fork.
06 - Take it out of the oven and wait a minute before moving the fillets to plates. Add some lemon wedges and serve while nice and hot.

# Notes:

01 - This fancy-looking dish is quick to make, giving flounder a yummy Parmesan crunch.
02 - Flounder has a light and slightly sweet taste that pairs perfectly with the mix of garlic and cheese.
