Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it heat up.

Grab a baking dish and spread out the cherry tomatoes. Place the feta block right in the center, tossing in the garlic too.

Coat everything with olive oil, especially the feta. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano on top.

Put the dish in your oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. The tomatoes should be soft and juicy, and the feta will turn slightly golden.

While the baking happens, cook your pasta following the package directions. Save around 1/3 cup of the cooking water before draining.

Take the dish out of the oven and stir together the roasted tomatoes and feta. If needed, pour in some of that reserved pasta water to make it a little thinner.

Throw your cooked pasta into the dish and mix well until everything’s coated in the sauce.

Add some freshly chopped basil, mix it gently, and serve right away.
