Fresh Watermelon Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 10 mint leaves, roughly torn
02 - ¼ of a small red onion, thin slices
03 - ¾ cup of feta, crumbled (100 g)
04 - 4 cups chilled, cubed watermelon (600 g)

→ Dressing

05 - A tablespoon of lime juice (15 mL)
06 - A sprinkle of sea salt
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil (15 mL)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large serving bowl and toss in your cold watermelon cubes. Once chilled, they’ll taste much better in the final mix.
02 - Carefully combine feta crumbles and onion slices with the watermelon. Give it a light stir so everything stays in shape.
03 - Sprinkle on the mint and give it a refreshing finish by adding olive oil and lime juice. Toss in a small pinch of salt to balance the flavors.
04 - Serve it straight away while everything is crisp and cool.
