Cheesy Eggs Bake (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound of Pepperjack cheese, shredded
02 - 2 cups (16 ounces) of cottage cheese
03 - 12 whisked eggs
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon of regular salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 pan with melted butter so the food slides out easily.
02 - In a big bowl, combine the eggs, flour, cottage cheese, salt, and shredded Pepperjack. Stir until everything looks blended together.
03 - Pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Pop it in the oven and let it bake for 50-60 minutes. Peek in around the 45-minute mark to check if the eggs have cooked through.
04 - Cut the dish into squares while still warm. Top with your choice of salsa, guac, sour cream, or anything else you like.

# Notes:

01 - For smaller portions, halve everything and use an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan. This will need about 30-40 minutes in the oven.
02 - Swap out the Pepperjack for cheddar if you’re craving a milder flavor.
03 - It’s perfect to make ahead of time. Just reheat when needed!
