# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/2 tsp salt
02 - 2 cups plain flour
03 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
04 - 2 tsp baking powder

→ Cheese

05 - 1 cup cheddar, shredded

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 egg, large
07 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
08 - 1 cup milk
09 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a loaf pan with grease.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss together salt, flour, garlic powder, and baking powder.
03 - Fold the shredded cheddar into the dry mixture until evenly coated.
04 - Take another bowl and whisk the egg, butter (melted), and milk together.
05 - Pour the wet blend into the dry bowl. Give it a gentle stir, stopping once it's just mixed. Don't overdo it.
06 - Transfer the dough to your prepared pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes, until it’s golden and looks done.
07 - Leave the loaf to cool completely in the pan before cutting. Serve warm or at room temperature for the best taste.
