# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
02 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
05 - 2 apples, thinly sliced (try Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
06 - 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

→ Sauce

07 - Salt and pepper, as needed
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Slice cucumbers and apples into thin pieces after giving them a good wash. Coat apple slices lightly with lemon juice so they stay colorful.
02 - In a small dish, mix the honey, olive oil, and lemon juice well using a whisk or fork.
03 - Grab a big bowl and mix parsley, red onion, cucumbers, and apples. Add nuts if you want extra crunchiness.
04 - Drizzle the prepared dressing all over the mix and toss gently. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper to your taste.
05 - Give the salad a sprinkle of feta cheese if you'd like, and toss carefully. Let it chill in the fridge for about half an hour so the flavors can mix well.
