Crispy Turkey Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Shredded turkey, about 1 1/2 cups.
02 - 3 cups of stuffing.
03 - Butter for cooking.
04 - Mashed potatoes, 3 cups.
05 - Gravy, served warm.
06 - Panko breadcrumbs, for frying if needed.
07 - A pinch of black pepper.
08 - Grapeseed oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F for baking.
02 - Lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray.
03 - Heat up your stuffing and mashed potatoes just enough to make them easier to handle.
04 - In a big bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, and a bit of black pepper.
05 - Shape the mixture into balls, packing them tightly like you would a snowball.
06 - Arrange the balls on the baking tray and let them bake for around 10 to 12 minutes.
07 - Dish up with warm gravy on the side.
08 - Let the ingredients come to room temperature, roll them into balls, coat with seasoned breadcrumbs, heat butter and oil in a skillet, and fry until the outside is crispy and golden. If the mixture feels too soft, chill it first before frying.

# Notes:

01 - A 1:1 ratio of mashed potatoes to stuffing, with about half as much turkey, works great.
02 - You can freeze them before cooking if you want.
03 - Mixing is much easier if everything's warm to start.
04 - For a crunchier texture, go for panko and pan-fry them.
