Crispy Tortilla Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
02 - 2 flour tortillas (regular size)
03 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened

→ Seasonings

04 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
05 - A small pinch of Italian seasoning
06 - A light dusting of garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Lay the tortillas flat and spread butter on both sides, making sure the edges are covered fully.
02 - Scatter the mozzarella, a tiny bit of garlic powder, and some Italian herbs on one tortilla. Put the second tortilla on top, sandwich-style.
03 - Turn on your air fryer and let it heat up to 375°F (190°C).
04 - Put the tortillas in the fryer basket and let them cook for around 4 to 6 minutes. Keep an eye out for a crispy, golden finish.
05 - Take the crispy tortillas out carefully, top with parsley if you'd like, and serve while warm.
