Crispy Skillet Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pizza dough ball, split.
02 - 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 16 ounces of shredded mozzarella.
04 - 1 pack of pepperoni.
05 - A sprinkle of dried oregano.
06 - 14 ounces of crushed tomatoes.
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for the sauce).
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
09 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1/8 teaspoon red chili flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 500°F and get a skillet hot on medium heat.
02 - Pour olive oil into the skillet so it fully coats the base.
03 - Stretch the dough so it’s just a little wider than the skillet.
04 - Let the dough cook in the skillet till the bottom’s golden and puffed up.
05 - Spoon on sauce, sprinkle cheese, and spread pepperoni edge-to-edge.
06 - Bake till the cheese melts, then broil 2-3 minutes to make it crispy.

# Notes:

01 - This makes enough for two pies.
02 - Use either store-bought dough or one you made yourself.
03 - Push topping all the way to the crust's edge.
