Crispy Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g of potatoes, skin left on.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - A pinch of salt and a sprinkle of black pepper.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp optional smoked paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop potatoes into wedges about 1cm thick.
02 - Use a kitchen towel to get rid of moisture.
03 - Toss potatoes with oil and spices.
04 - Set your oven to 200°C and let it warm up.
05 - Lay the wedges flat on a baking sheet.
06 - Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
07 - Flip the wedges to cook evenly.
08 - Put them back in for another 20-25 mins.
09 - Air fry at 200°C, but do it in smaller portions.
10 - Let the fryer run for 10 minutes.
11 - Shake the basket and cook 7 more mins.

# Notes:

01 - Spread them out so they cook right.
02 - Maris Piper or King Edward potatoes work great.
03 - Use greased foil or non-stick paper.
04 - Can reheat after cooking in rounds.
