Set your oven to 400°F and coat a mini muffin pan lightly with nonstick spray.

Place two tater tots into each muffin cup. Bake them for about 10 minutes.

Using a shot glass or your fingers, gently press the tots into the cup and push them up the sides.

Add shredded cheddar cheese to each cup and bake another 5 minutes.

Top each one with chives, sour cream, and crumbled bacon. Wait a few minutes before taking them out.
