Loaded Tater Tot Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons chopped chives.
02 - 1/4 cup tangy sour cream.
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded.
04 - 48 frozen tater tots.
05 - 3 tablespoons crispy bacon bits.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and coat a mini muffin pan lightly with nonstick spray.
02 - Place two tater tots into each muffin cup. Bake them for about 10 minutes.
03 - Using a shot glass or your fingers, gently press the tots into the cup and push them up the sides.
04 - Add shredded cheddar cheese to each cup and bake another 5 minutes.
05 - Top each one with chives, sour cream, and crumbled bacon. Wait a few minutes before taking them out.

# Notes:

01 - Use a butter knife if you need to loosen them from the pan.
02 - Enjoy these best when served warm.
