# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup flour, any brand works.
02 - 1.5 pounds of thin chicken breast pieces.
03 - 12 small mozzarella slices.
04 - 1/4 cup cornstarch for coating.
05 - 1 egg, large size.
06 - Salt, garlic powder, and black pepper for seasoning.
07 - Vegetable oil—enough to fry.
08 - 1 cup buttermilk.
09 - 12 slider bread rolls.
10 - 1 tablespoon spicy hot sauce.
11 - 2 cups of panko-style breadcrumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle pepper, salt, and garlic powder on the chicken evenly.
02 - First, roll the chicken in the flour. Next, dip it into the buttermilk and egg mix. Finish with breadcrumbs.
03 - Drop pieces into hot oil, cooking each side about 2-3 minutes until it reaches a safe 165°F inside.
04 - Layer chicken onto buns, add cheese slices, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.

01 - Pop in a 325°F oven to keep warm for up to an hour.
02 - Wait until the sauce is at room temperature before using.
