Creamy Orange Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tub (16 ounces) vanilla frosting, pre-made
02 - 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
03 - A small amount of orange food coloring (details below)
04 - ½ tsp of orange flavor extract

# Instructions:

01 - Cover the inside surface of a square 9x9 baking pan with parchment or foil and put it aside for now.
02 - Use a large microwave-safe bowl to heat the white chocolate chips for about 30 seconds. Stir them, then heat again in short bursts, stirring after each one until mostly melted. Stir in the entire tub of frosting, and microwave it for another 15 seconds. Mix together until the texture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Split the fudge mixture evenly between two bowls. Leave one bowl plain, while in the second, add the orange extract and food coloring. Mix until the color and flavor are well blended, adding the coloring bit by bit to achieve the orange shade you want.
04 - Scoop alternate spoonfuls of orange and uncolored fudge into the prepped pan until all the mix is used. Grab a butter knife and swirl the two colors together for a fun pattern. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
05 - Take the pan out of the fridge. Use the foil or parchment to lift the fudge out, place it on a flat surface, and cut into 16 pieces.

# Notes:

01 - A little gel food dye can go a long way—start small.
02 - To mix orange yourself, combine yellow and red liquid food dyes in a ratio of more yellow than red until it looks right.
