Creamy Beef Tater Dish (Print Version)

01 - 7 cups of frozen tater tots
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) Italian seasoning mix
03 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
04 - 1/2 cup beef stock
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
06 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
07 - 2 lbs of ground beef (lean)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Let it heat up while you start putting everything else together.
02 - On medium heat, use a large pan to cook the ground beef until it turns brown. Break it into crumbles as it cooks, then drain any grease.
03 - Mix cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, beef stock, melted butter, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Stir until it’s smooth and everything’s combined nicely.
04 - Spread the browned beef evenly into a dish that's been greased. Pour the creamy mixture over it, then gently stir to blend.
05 - Place the frozen tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer. Try to cover it completely for that crispy, golden finish.
06 - Bake everything for 40 to 45 minutes or until the tater tots look golden and crispy on top. Give it a few minutes to cool before serving.
