02 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
04 - 2/3 cup packed brown sugar.
05 - 1/4 cup of milk.
06 - 2 tablespoons of shortening (like Crisco).
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
08 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips.
09 - 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 1/2 cup softened butter.

# Instructions:

02 - Beat sugar and butter together until fluffy. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
03 - Stir in salt and flour, then gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
04 - Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes. It'll be easier to work with after that.
05 - Roll small balls of dough and press them between two pretzels.
06 - Warm the chocolate chips and shortening until you get a silky texture.
07 - Dip half of each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate.
08 - Lay them out on wax paper and let them firm up completely.

# Notes:

01 - Microwaving flour makes it safer to eat.
02 - Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
03 - Chilling the dough helps make it firm and easier to shape.
04 - Want extra flavor? Add a pinch of sea salt on top.
