Company Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
04 - 10-3/4 ounces undiluted condensed cream of mushroom soup
05 - 6 ounces cooked wild rice
06 - 3 cups thawed frozen broccoli, chopped
07 - 4-1/2 ounces drained mushroom slices
08 - 1 teaspoon mustard, prepped
09 - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of curry powder
10 - 1 cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 cup cubed cooked ham

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 2-quart casserole dish with grease.
02 - Place the wild rice, broccoli, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, and ham into the dish in any order you like.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, curry powder, mustard, and cream of mushroom soup. Pour this on top of the dish's layers in an even layer.
04 - Top it all off with the Parmesan cheese. Bake the dish uncovered for 45-60 minutes until it's golden and bubbly on top.
