Coffee Caramel Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate for melting.
02 - 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon hot water.
04 - 3/4 cup canned Dulce de Leche.
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
06 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips.
07 - 1/2 cup condensed milk with sugar.
08 - 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff.

# Instructions:

01 - Use foil to cover an 8x8 pan, leaving some extra sticking out for easy lifting later.
02 - In a saucepan, heat the white chocolate chips together with butter on low-medium. Stir constantly so it won't scorch.
03 - Stir in Dulce de Leche till it's smooth. Then add marshmallow fluff and mix till everything looks combined.
04 - Transfer the mixture into the pan, spreading it into an even layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it firms up a bit.
05 - Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water, then mix it into the sweetened condensed milk.
06 - Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it across the fudge however you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Great combination of coffee and caramel flavors.
02 - For a stronger coffee kick, toss in another teaspoon of instant coffee.
