09 - 4 1/2 to 5 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for sprinkling).
10 - 1/2 tsp salt.
11 - 6 tbsp softened butter.
12 - 1 cup packed dark brown sugar.
13 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
14 - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
15 - 1-2 bananas, thinly sliced.
16 - 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped.
17 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
18 - 2 tbsp softened butter.
19 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
20 - 2 tsp vanilla extract.
21 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat milk until it's like bath water. Stir in sugar and yeast. Let it sit about 5 minutes until it's foamy.
02 - Stir butter, eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla together.
03 - Gradually stir in the flour and salt, mixing until it forms a thick dough.
04 - Work the dough by hand or machine for 8-10 minutes until it's smooth. Toss in a little flour if it's sticky.
05 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until it’s bigger.
06 - Stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
07 - Spread butter all over the dough, then sprinkle the sugar mixture, lay down the banana slices, and add the nuts.
08 - Roll the dough up tightly, then slice it into 12 sections. Arrange the pieces in a greased baking pan.
09 - Cover the rolls and let them sit another 20-25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F during this time.
10 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until they’re golden. Let cool for 10 minutes.
11 - Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add cinnamon and vanilla, then spread over warm rolls.

# Notes:

01 - Bananas make them softer than usual ones.
02 - Perfect for gatherings with company.
03 - If yeast doesn't foam, it's not active.
