Creamy Peanut Chocolate Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional).
02 - 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet).
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 3 tablespoons softened salted butter.
05 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Slowly mix in the powdered sugar.
02 - Roll dough into 1-inch spheres.
03 - Refrigerate the rolled balls for 20 minutes.
04 - Gently melt the chocolate chips.
05 - Store on wax paper in the fridge till chocolate is firm.
06 - Mix the peanut butter and softened butter.
07 - Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm it up.
08 - Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate.
