Chili Garlic Spicy Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 eggs, large size
02 - 1/3 cup of mayo
03 - 1.5 tablespoons chili garlic paste
04 - Paprika, smoked
05 - Fried onions, crispy

# Instructions:

01 - Start by covering the eggs with cold water in a pot. Let it boil, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Put the eggs right into an ice water bath to cool. It'll make peeling easy.
02 - After peeling, cut the eggs down the middle (lengthwise). Carefully take out the yolks and drop them into a bowl for mixing.
03 - Using a fork, mash yolks with mayo and chili garlic sauce until smooth and creamy. Want it spicier? Add extra chili sauce to taste.
04 - Put the yolk mixture back into the whites, either with a spoon or a piping bag. Fancy it up with a star-shaped piping tip if you’d like.
05 - Dust smoked paprika on top and sprinkle fried onions for crunch. Eat right away or pop them in the fridge until serving time.
