Chicken Gnocchi Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup (75ml) dry white wine.
02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
03 - 12 oz (350g) diced chicken breast pieces.
04 - 6.3 oz (180g) cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 1/2 cups (400ml) chicken broth.
06 - 1 tablespoon oil made from olives.
07 - A pinch of black pepper, freshly cracked.
08 - 1 teaspoon mix of Italian herbs.
09 - 30g (2 tablespoons) butter, unsalted.
10 - Roughly chopped baby spinach leaves (100g or 3.5 oz).
11 - Gnocchi, 500g (1 pound).
12 - 1/4 cup (30g) freshly grated Parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Add oil to a big pan, heat it up, then let butter melt completely until foamy.
02 - Toss in the chicken and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Stir in the garlic and keep cooking it for another minute.
03 - Pour in the wine, cook until most of it disappears—about 1-2 minutes. Mix in the broth and herb seasoning, then let it lightly bubble.
04 - Add soft cream cheese, stirring gently until it blends into a smooth, rich texture.
05 - Toss in the gnocchi with spinach, close lid, and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. Once done, mix in Parmesan and sprinkle pepper for a nice finish.

# Notes:

01 - Takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
02 - Frozen gnocchi is perfectly fine to use.
03 - Best served hot and fresh.
