BLT Chicken Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 pound bacon, chopped up and cooked crisp
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
06 - 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
07 - 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
08 - 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/2 cup low-fat mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large mixing bowl and toss in the shredded chicken, cooked bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, diced onion, and celery.
02 - Take a small bowl and combine mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Adjust the flavor to your liking.
03 - Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until everything's evenly coated.
04 - Enjoy right away or stash it in a sealed container in the fridge. Keep for up to 3–5 days but toss it if it's left out for over 2 hours.
