Chex Dill Pickle Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of crunchy bagel chips.
02 - 1 cup of broken-up pretzel sticks.
03 - 8 cups of Rice or Corn Chex cereal.
04 - 1 cup of chopped cashews.
05 - 1 packet (1 ounce) of ranch flavoring mix.
06 - 1 tablespoon of dried dill weed.
07 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
08 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
09 - 1 tablespoon of juice from pickles.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 250°F and let it warm up.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the cereal, bagel chips, pretzels, and cashews.
03 - Stir together the melted butter with the ranch mix, dill, pickle juice, and garlic powder until well blended.
04 - Drizzle the seasoning mix over the cereal mixture. Gently stir till everything's coated nicely.
05 - Spread the mix on a baking tray. Bake it for an hour, giving it a stir every 15 minutes.
06 - Dump the baked mix onto foil or parchment paper and let it cool totally before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in a sealed container for about 2 weeks.
02 - Go for either Corn or Rice Chex.
03 - Stir while it's baking to keep it evenly crispy.
