Cherry Choco Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring extract.
03 - 1 jar of maraschino cherries, drained (save 2 tbsp of the juice).
04 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt.
05 - 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
06 - 3 cups of powdered sugar.
07 - 1 cup of creamy peanut butter.
08 - 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
09 - 1 cup chopped peanuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Place parchment or foil inside a 9x13 pan, letting the edges stick out to lift later. Lightly grease it.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the cherries, their saved juice, condensed milk, melted butter, and almond extract until smooth. Slowly mix in the salt and powdered sugar.
03 - Spread the cherry blend across the pan evenly. Place it in the fridge while you work on the topping.
04 - Heat the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Do it in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
