Cherry Apple Strawberry Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 apples, chopped into big pieces (gala, fuji, or similar)
02 - 1 1/3 cups of pitted cherries—remove stems too
03 - 1 3/4 cups of fresh strawberries
04 - 4 teaspoons of chia seeds for mixing

# Instructions:

01 - If you’ve got frozen fruit, let it thaw first.
02 - Toss the apples, strawberries, and cherries into a food processor. Pulse until you get a chunky, blended texture.
03 - Mix chia seeds into the blended fruit mixture so everything is well distributed.
04 - Put the fruit and chia mix into a mold on a teflex sheet made for a dehydrator.
05 - Set the dehydrator to 125°F and dry for 4 hours. Then take the mold away.
06 - Dry another 2.5 hours. Flip the bars onto a tray without the teflex sheet, then carefully pull the sheet off.
07 - Keep dehydrating until the bars are entirely dry, which takes about 11.5 more hours.
