If you’ve got frozen fruit, let it thaw first.

Toss the apples, strawberries, and cherries into a food processor. Pulse until you get a chunky, blended texture.

Mix chia seeds into the blended fruit mixture so everything is well distributed.

Put the fruit and chia mix into a mold on a teflex sheet made for a dehydrator.

Set the dehydrator to 125°F and dry for 4 hours. Then take the mold away.

Dry another 2.5 hours. Flip the bars onto a tray without the teflex sheet, then carefully pull the sheet off.

Keep dehydrating until the bars are entirely dry, which takes about 11.5 more hours.
