Cheesy Sausage Egg Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups frozen hash browns
02 - 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 6 large eggs
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or oil.
02 - Cook the sausage in a big skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's no longer pink. Drain the fat.
03 - Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with milk, salt, and pepper until everything's mixed well.
04 - Add the softened cream cheese into your egg mixture and whisk until it's all nice and smooth.
05 - Toss the hash browns and cooked sausage into the egg mixture, stirring everything until evenly coated.
06 - Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Scatter the cheddar cheese over the top.
07 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top looks golden brown and the middle is firm.
