01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil or parchment and give it a quick spray of cooking oil. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain off any excess grease.
02 -
Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls horizontally through the center while keeping them connected. Move the bottom section to your prepared pan.
03 -
Spread 1/2 cup of sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Add 1 cup of mozzarella, spread out the cooked sausage and pepperoni evenly, and sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella cheese.
04 -
Spread the other 1/2 cup of sauce generously on the inside of the roll tops. Place the tops back on for a complete sandwich.
05 -
Stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, Italian herbs, and chili flakes. Brush this mixture all over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle parsley on top.
06 -
Cover the pan with foil and bake for about 15–20 minutes, just until the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and bake 5 more minutes to crisp up the tops. Cut apart into sliders and serve warm with extra dipping sauce.
