Cheesy Olive Bread (Print Version)

01 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 6 oz black olives, drained and chopped
03 - 4 tablespoons room-temp butter
04 - 8 oz Monterey Jack, shredded
05 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
06 - 6 oz full-fat sour cream
07 - Kosher salt
08 - 7 oz green olives, drained and chopped
09 - 8–10 oz French bread loaf
10 - Freshly ground pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Combine sour cream, garlic powder, butter, and a dash of salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Stir everything together until smooth.
03 - Toss green onions and shredded cheese into the bowl. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
04 - Gently stir the black olives and green olives into the mixture.
05 - Slice the French bread loaf into four equal pieces by halving it widthwise first, then slicing each half lengthwise.
06 - Slather the olive and cheese mixture onto the bread pieces, covering the cut sides evenly.
07 - Put the bread on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the edges are golden.
08 - Broil for 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese turns deep golden brown.
09 - Cut the bread into smaller slices, top with freshly chopped parsley, and dig in!
