01 -
In a tiny bowl, mix butter that's softened, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and pepper. Stir well until everything's combined.
02 -
Turn the oven on to 350°F. Spray oil evenly on the muffin tins or rub with a bit of cooking oil. Wipe off any shiny spots of leftover oil with some paper towels.
03 -
Pop the package of biscuits open and split them up. Press each biscuit down into a muffin tin, shaping it to line the bottom and the sides. Poke some small holes in the bottom and edges using a fork.
04 -
Use the butter blend to coat the biscuit insides. Add roughly half a teaspoon of pasta sauce on top, spreading it lightly.
05 -
Drop a tablespoon of cheese into each biscuit cup. Add half a tablespoon of pepperoni pieces, then repeat with more cheese and a little more pepperoni. Sprinkle some extra Italian herbs on top if you'd like.
06 -
Bake the cups for about 20-23 minutes or until edges turn golden and the cheese melts. Carefully remove the pies from the muffin tin and either plate them up or serve in foil liners for convenience.
