01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/4 cup almond flour
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Toss the cheddar, mozzarella, garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt, and black pepper into a big bowl. Give it a good mix so everything’s blended.
03 - Crack the egg into another bowl, beat it, then add it to your cheese mix. Pour in the almond flour and stir until dough forms.
04 - Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking pan. Be sure to space them out a bit.
05 - Pop the tray into the hot oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bites look golden and puffy. Wait a few minutes for them to cool before enjoying.
