Cheesy Ham Croissant Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Four croissants.
02 - Eight slices of high-quality ham.
03 - Eight slices of Leerdammer cheese.
04 - Half a tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
05 - One tablespoon honey.
06 - Half a tablespoon sugar that’s brown.
07 - A teaspoon of poppy seeds for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375F/190C with the fan. Slice open the croissants down the middle.
02 - Start with a slice of cheese, then layer on two pieces of ham. Add another layer of cheese on top of that.
03 - Combine the mustard, honey, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spread this over the tops of the croissants and sprinkle poppy seeds all over.
04 - Pop them into the oven for 6-7 minutes. Take them out once hot and melty, then enjoy right away!
