Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to heat up. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish lightly with non-stick spray.

Take the crescent dough and split it into triangles. Add a cheese piece to each triangle and wrap them up around the hot dogs. Place them snugly in your greased dish.

Stir melted butter, garlic powder, and chives (if using) in a little bowl. Brush this over the hot dog wraps.

Cover the dish with foil and pop it in the oven. Let it bake for around 25 minutes.

Take out the dish and remove the foil. Spoon the chili all over the space around the hot dog rolls.

Put the dish back in the oven, without foil, and bake for another 15 minutes. The top of the rolls should turn nice and golden brown.
