# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
03 - 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/3 cup seedless fruit jam.
06 - Powdered sugar for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the cream cheese with butter till smooth, then blend in the flour and salt until it's all together.
02 - Shape dough into a flat disc, cover in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour.
03 - On a floured counter, roll dough into a rectangle that's 10 inches wide and 30 inches long.
04 - Spread jam evenly over dough, leaving the edges plain, and roll it into a 10-inch log.
05 - Let the log rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
06 - Slice dough into rounds about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick using thread, then bake at 375°F for 17-20 minutes.
07 - Wait for cookies to cool fully, then sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
