Cheese Herb Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 tablespoon sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan lightly with grease.
02 - In a big bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt using a whisk.
03 - Toss in cheddar cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Mix gently so they're spread throughout.
04 - Grab another bowl and stir the milk, melted butter, and eggs until they’re fully combined.
05 - Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Don't mix too much. Just combine until you don't see dry flour.
06 - Scoop the batter into the loaf pan you prepared earlier. Spread it out so it's even.
07 - Bake for 45-50 minutes. It's done when the top is golden and a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
08 - Cool the bread in the pan for around 10 minutes. Then pop it out and let it fully cool on a wire rack before slicing.
