Candied Pistachios Cinnamon (Print Version)

01 - 3 cups of shelled pistachios
02 - 1/4 cup of light brown sugar
03 - 1/4 cup of regular sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 egg white
06 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 250°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment for a quicker clean-up.
02 - Whip the egg white together with vanilla in a big bowl until it gets foamy. Toss in the pistachios and stir till everything’s coated. Spread evenly onto the lined cookie sheet.
03 - In a tiny bowl, mix cinnamon, the two sugars, and salt. Scatter this mix across the nuts while stirring to coat. Spread the pistachios again so they’re flat in one layer.
04 - Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, giving them a stir every 20 minutes, until they turn crisp. Pull them out, cool down, and enjoy!
